Complaint Description:
My name is Harsit Mishra. I placed an order (Order ID: S*****) on *th June **** via thecasefactory.in, run by The Case Factory India. I paid ₹*** via Google Pay (GPay) for two phone cases.
I received a confirmation email, but no shipping or tracking information has been provided. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times through email and Instagram. There have been irregular and unhelpful responses, with no resolution or meaningful updates about my order.
At this point, I believe the seller is not acting in good faith. This is extremely disappointing and appears to be deceptive business practice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
