Valmo Courier - Package not delivered

I have ordered in meesho it place in valmo courier. For the past one week the package is still stuck in the same place and in the day of delivery there is no msg or call when I tried to contact the meesho customer support there is nonuse I tried sending mail to valmo there is no response. I tried to cancel it via Meesho support * times my cancellation request was rejected. And the delivery is shifted to some more days and still the package doesn’t move any further its still in some other state. The Meesho customer service doesn’t even tries to contact the seller they just tell me to wait.
