I had placed the order on Tuesday **th nov **** and I have still not received my order inspite of paying in advance. No agent has connected so far as assured with me inspite of sending repeated messages on WhatsApp and this is highly unprofessional because I had placed the order keeping in mind the delivery time so that I can get the products on time For my travel. Since it won’t reach on time the site doesn’t even give the option of cancelling the order as it has not been shipped because it clearly states on their site that we can cancel the order if it has not been shipped but the site doesn’t give the option to cancel. Their customer care number is also fraud because when I call on the landline the call drops after making you wait in the line and mobile numbers are always switched off or invalid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
