RS textile Lucknow - Package not delivered

I booked an order worth RS **** from RS textile on **th August **** by making a payment online. On **th August received a message from RS textile to either exchange the ordered item for a different product or take a refund as they did not have the ordered product to dispatch. I chose to take a refund same day.
I waited for refund but when not received called RS textile phone number and also messaged via what's app but did not get any response from them.
