It's been ** days since I have done the payment and I have not got the package or even any msg till this morning as to what is my tracking num despite my repeatedly WhatsApp msgs and calls.The only thing they keep saying is to wait and you will get the packet.This morning on WhatsApp I have asked for my refund and they refused and hence I am complaining against them
