I order some products from purple on *nd October **** and the delivery date was *th order but due to operational process they shift the date to **th October....on *th October they send me an SMS regarding out for delivery...but no phone call made to me for delivery and they showed undelivered due to rejection....I didnt even get a call for delivery not I cancel my order....they lock my ofd and till now my order is not delivered to my... either cancel my order or deliver it as soon as possible..

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
