Lida Joseph filed complaint against Ecom Express and Purplle on May 13, 2024
I ordered two items from Purplle.com on **-**-****. The estimated delivery date was on **-**-****. On **-**-**** at evening I received a call from Ecom Express asking about the delivery location. I made it clear. Right after the call I received a text message saying that the courier was undelivered because they couldn't contact me. I rescheduled the order to **-**-****. I received a message from Ecom Express that my order is out for delivery. I was expecting my courier to be delivered. But, again I recieved the same message that the courier got undelivered due to some issues. I called the manager they said it will get delivered on **-**-****. I texted Purplle.com and even they said my order will get delivered on **-**-****. And again I received a message that my order is out for delivery. Then again my order got undelivered.I called the delivery agent and they didn't answer me. I contacted purplle.com. They said it will get delivered on **-**-**** and some words to calm me down. And as usual the same thing happened. I called Ecom Express multiple times on various numbers and they answer the call and speak nothing and end my call. If it was my money I wouldn't raise a complaint for this small amount. It is my moms money. She would kill me for real. I hope my problem will get solved. I think Purplle.com is trying to address my concerns but the Ecom Express is disappointing me. Would suggest closing the company or try being honest. Please don't call on my moms number. I don't have a number for myself to attach here. Emailing is possible. Please!
