On **th September, **** I placed an order and made an online payment. On that day I received my order confirmation SMS and the same was updated in my order history as well. Order has to be in shipment on Oct, ** but again and again I was seeing different dates of order confirmed which was placed on sane day for * products as well as no further procedures were taking place about shipment and delivery and no tracking link has been sent to me. On seeing this I tried to enquire on chah with one of their agent Harpreet and he said to look onto this matter.
Ultimately today I've been informed that my order has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and are saying for refund within ** working days. I haven't received any!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
