I had order bra order no.********* on ** April **** I got issue with size and fitting and quality so i initiated return on ** April **** they took my pickup and till now I haven't got refund of Rs. ***/- or zcoins.
I went to take help but they are saying the payment had been made to the account from which I had paid.
But its not reflecting in my account I follow up with bank also they told me the the transaction id they have provided is invalid and also I have sent the passbook pdf online generated they are just saying they have iniated and they don't know anything.
This is the worst I was hoping that i would get zcoin or refund so I can order something which I like but no fruitful outcome had been come.
They are just very rigid not bother to check from their end not taking efforts at all.
I really want my refund of Rs.***/-
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
