I ordered Renee liquid lipstick on ** September **** but I didn't received my order yet. My order was prepaid.i try to contact Renee cosmetics but I can't. They replied my mail that item is out for delivery but i didn't receive yet. There is no such platform where I can contact them directly.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
