I am filing a complaint against RENEE Cosmetics and their logistics partner Ekart Logistics for non-delivery of my order despite OTP being taken and delivery being falsely marked as completed.
I placed an order with RENEE Cosmetics to be delivered in Bhopal, under the name Arushi Sahu. As per the delivery update, the Ekart delivery agent contacted me and requested the OTP for delivery.
Since I was away from home, I shared the OTP in good faith after informing the agent that my grandmother would receive the parcel. However, the agent never delivered the package, yet misused the OTP to falsely confirm delivery. My grandmother did not receive the parcel at any time.
This is a serious case of delivery fraud and misuse of OTP, causing both financial loss and mental harassment.
