Am a victim of nykaa, I have placed an order last Saturday **/**, as on weekdays I have office and I leave at *pm for the same I tried to connect with the delivery agent didn't pick up this I connected with nykaa chat informed that I want the order by *pm or on Saturday, nykaa confirmed me that I will receive it by *pm but I didn't! I rescheduled it for Saturday from the app and confirmed again whether it will be delivered on Saturday nykaa again gave false confirmation and today I see it's been returned!!! Contacted with nykaa extremely useless with no help asked for compensation said they can't rude behaviour!!!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
