had ordered few items from nyka on *th may
and it was supposed to be delivered by ** or **
mqy and when i asked for help from their customer
support team they said the issue will be resolved
within **-**hours and again after ** hours when i
asked them they again gave the same time line.
I have been waiting for ** days after ordering products and till now i have not
recieved the order and nyka is not doing anything
about it and just giving false hope that it will soon be delivered on urgent basis. They have disturbed my patience peace and mentally harassing my mind……
Now i have just called the support team again but still they are not ready to deliver my order at the earliest and just telling that it will solved and i should
wait, for how long should i wait? So i want to file a
complaint against them for such a pathetic service
and giving me so much trouble for one order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
