The delivery person does not delivered my parcel, he took the delivery code and lately says that your pinCode is not where the package is delivered.
I have prepaid my order as there was no person to collect the order. And now the customer services are saying that they are inconvenient to proceed my complaint against him.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
