Hi Meesho Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my account (Registered Mobile: **********). My account is currently showing a "User Verification Failed" message, which prevents me from accessing my profile.
I have the following pending orders that have already been paid for:
Order ID(s): not able to check as I am unable to go to my orders section.
Total Amount Paid:
***, **, ***
Payment Method: UPI - ***, **, ***
Since the payment has been successfully debited from my bank, I am extremely concerned about the status of these deliveries. I request you to:
Reactivate my account or provide a clear reason for the verification failure.
Refund the full amount as the orders cannot be fulfilled due to this technical block.
Attached are the screenshots of the "User Verification Failed" screen and the payment receipts for my pending orders.
If this is not resolved within ** hours, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to the National Consumer
