I am writing this complaint against Flip Twirls website regarding the non-delivery of my recent order of Boult Astra Neo earbuds. On April **, ****, I placed an order through their website and made a payment of *,*** rupees. However, despite the passage of considerable time, as of May *, ****, the product has not been delivered to me. I can't able to track the order. So I need my refund amount.
