Flip Twirls - online cyber Fraud for purchasing BLDC Fans

I booked havells Ambrose BLDC ****mm Ceiling Fan (Gold Mist Wood) Quantity: * from online side of flip twirls on **/**/**** assuring the fans will be delivered with in a week. I made several request for timely dispatch the fans by mail & call several times, they didn't response the call & mails, some time they response but not dispatched fan.
I requested him by email, as they are not receiving my call. If you are not dispatching the fans cancel my order & refund my amount in my account.
After several request i got mail on **.**.**** for process of cancelation of my order and refund will be made with in **days in my account.
After passing this period I also request by mail as I did not get money till date, one day the asked my google pay account no which, I provided immediately. Now I am also waiting my refund Rs **** which I paid at booking time.
As per policy of flip twirls the full amounts will be return within ** days. Now no body is answering my email, mobile call receiving is stopped from **.**.****.
I think it is a fraud cyber case. kindly help me for refunding my money.
