It has been more than three months that I placed an order with Chapter one book store. First they informed that book has been delivered within a week. Then they sent a mail that book is out of stock. When we asked for refund, they informed that due to some payment gateway issues, they can't issue refund st that time, but will do at the earliest. Inspite of my repeated reminders, they have not bothered to do anything.
