I pre ordered a book online and paid for it online. Butnow when i go to the dashboard it shows no orders. And when I tried contacting them through their customer care number it is invalid. They don't even answer through mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
