Cafe Coffee Day CCD - Package not delivered

I ordered two packets of ***% Arabica Filter coffee (pack of two) on Monday the **th of July **** from Cafe Coffee Day's online eshop. I paid Rs. *** for the same. On addition, I paid Rs. ** as delivery charges. Neither has CCD delivered the packets nor have they offered a refund. Most importantly, they have not provided any update by email or SMS or phone. I called their customer service and also emailed them twice. Despite the said calls and emails, CCD did not provide any email confirmation of my order and also did not provide any update on if and when the packets will be delivered.
