Cafe Coffee Day CCD - Old cake was served

We ordered a chocolate cake, they gave us a stale cake which was so dry and hard.
When we spoke to the store manager, he was so rude. He also mentioned that he can give us a replacement of same old cake but not a refund. His behaviour was horrible. Even worse than the cake .
