Pooja Janveja filed complaint against Meesho App on Mar 13, 2019
I had ordered one product on *rd March and it was out for delivery on *th March. But on the same day it was cancelled by the Shadowfax courier service saying that customer has cancelled it but my customer has not received any call from courier service then I raised the query to meesho and they asked me to wait for *-* days and on **th March I got the update that it will be delivered till **th March. Then on **th March, I got an update on App that it will be delivered on **th March that is today and when I am asking the Meesho representatives they are not able to provide any satisfactory answer, in fact, they are extending to *-* days.
