I have order some products from nykaa.. and by mistaken my number on app was wrong so I update it with correct one and also share alternate number.. but the delivery guys didn't call me and he delivered package but I didn't received any package yet .I raised the complaint about this but they are still saying we are. Working on this issue.. but it's been now *-* days still I didn't get any solution from them..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
