Kapiva - Package not delivered

My product has not delivered yet. On ** Feb. it was out for delivery but the delivery attempt failed.
The delivery boy didn't call me or not come to my address. I contacted twice to customer care of kapiva but instead they did nothing to deliver my product. Please Cancel my order and issue my refund. I don't have trust on kapiva anymore.
