I ordered KAPIVA ALOE VERA SKIN GEL POWER COMBO (Pack of *) from kapiva.in. I got this on discount as an offer from PayTm. It was delievered on * Jan. One of the bottle was already opened, the silver foil was broken. I called them immediately and they promised to take immediate action. Nothing happened. Today also I called and reminded. No action was taken
