Magicpin - Package not delivered

I ordered food on **.**.**** **:**AM
and it been showing **min to deliver the same, but nothing have been received.

Called porter he started he won't be able to come, raised request for not receiving order.
They cancelled the order and refund requested by their side **.**.**** **:**AM.

As, my question to the company is just this at the time of ordering we pay in advance, so why at the time of refund u do such kind of activities.

Furthermore, i want to have food and right now I am having only that much money to spend on my food, now what I have to do I'm am hungry, tired from the whole day official schedule and you were harrassing me mentally by taking my fund and not providing the service.

I request to take strict actions on them, as in future they will never try to do same with someone else.
