Nykaa beauty - Package not delivered

So basically the delivery guy came at the door stop for the delivery and it was cash on delivery but he didn’t carry any change , he started to talk very rudely that this is my fault that I am not keeping any change, and he don’t want to go down and get the change from nearby shop as he was not having anything He forced me to give him the OTP to cancel the delivery, but I didn’t help him out with the cancel otp so he cancelled it from his side stating I was unavailable which was a lie and since then my order is not getting delivered stating I am never available but the fact is I am always at my home and I’m getting no call from the delivery guy on any of the attempts all fake reasons stated and I am trying to get in touch with the customer care number. They are always promising me that it’s gonna get delivered by today by today or by ** to ** hours, but it’s nothing it’s been like four days more than ** hours and still my product is not at my doorstep. It’s a very disaster experience.
