I didn’t received my package, also delivery boy never called and again again msg comes your package is out for delivery and then it says customer doesn’t want delivery or rescheduled delivery, which is a lie. My order is prepaid and I have complaint it already in customer care, also to the delivery patner express bees.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
