ECOM EXPRESS AND FLIPKART - Package not delivered

I ordered one item on *nd of October'** from flipkart and that item was hand over to Ecom Express courier Service to deliver. I then got a sms on *th Oct,**** that the product is out for delivery. No one came to deliver and not a single call I received from any delivery executive. And then at the end of the day I got a sms that my order was not able to deliver because of non locatable of address. Same repeated on *th, Oct **** and then again on **th Oct'****. They are harassing people like this. Even I mailed to customer service mail ID but not got a single response.
