ECOM EXPRESS AND FLIPKART - Ecom express cancelled my flipkart order with out delivery attempt or my consern

I have ordered Pigeon Favourite IC **** W Induction Cooktop flipkart (OD******************), and they sent it throught ecom express courier service(AwB **********). The package reached my near by office and they haven't delivered to me. when i checked the app it says product out for delivery and there wasnt agents number and by the evening i got message delivery attempt failed. This continued for *-* days and today i got a message saying my order amound is refunded to the bank account. When i contacted flipkart customer care, they said the cancellation was from delivery agents side and they can do nothing about it. I have placed the order in big billon days offer, now the price has increased.. In brief ecom express cancelled my order (Which is i was waiting for more than a week) without even contact me once..
