Narmadapy filed complaint against Shadowfax Delivery on Oct 6, 2022
My order tracking Id is SF*********FPL... The delivery agent of this order is Mr shiva contact number +** ***** *****... It shows that On **st September **** above given order I'd is delivered but No I didn't receive my order.... The delivery agent (Mr. Shiva) bearing above contact number has called me for OTP on the said day that he is going to drop my order in my gate .. As I was in a meeting at that moment I shared OTP and later when I reached home i could not find my order... I tried calling Mr Shiva till today... He says that he has delivered in a wrong address and he would come to our location and sort this out...
Now I would request shadow fax team to solve this problem and do the needful...
