Shiprocket Delhivery - Package not delivered

I received the below message on Oct *. The package had reached near Mumbai, MH (Bhiwandi is nearby by my house) and I was to get it in ** hour.
However, unexpectedly it has gone to Andhra Pradesh.
"Order Picked: Hi, your order, which contains DDS-***, has been picked up and will be shipped within the next ** hours. Track Now -Shiprocket"
Already the package is delayed by ** days and I have been relentlessly chasing.
