We as a client are in some serious chaos and no one either you or your courier partner is supporting us. We dispatched ** orders on **th August **** from DELHIVERY and out of that * orders didn’t updated for * days and the courier partner manipulated those * orders. On **th August after our several follow ups with the pickup guy these order got updated but now as it is gradually getting delivered and customer is getting rice in the packet instead of our product. Due to this we are losing our goodwill and sales ultimately. Who the hell will going to get it resolved for us? I am seriously going to take some legal action if don’t get any response on it.

Pickup Guy from Delhivery is Mr. Gaurav and his contact number is **********.
I want these issues to be escalated on a very serious note. I am attaching videos of some of the customer who got the delivery of their orders among these AWBs. Kindly check and proceed accordingly. I need refund of all these orders as I cannot bare for something which is due to your technical glitches.
