Karat vogue - Package not delivered

I ordered from their website about seven days ago and they had assured me they will give me the order details and tracking in three days but ni such thing was done and now after seven days, my order is still not here and there is no way I can contact them because all the contact numbers as well as the email-id's are fraud and you can't reach any of them, something that was done by them purposefully, I've written to them endless times and each number I tried was either invalid or voice mail. People like them deserve to be sued.
