above is the link to the tracking page. It hasnt been updated since **th June. I have contacted their customer service team numerous times. They assure me that they will provide me with a solution in **-** hours. And now my shipment is ** days late already.
I have spent at least a few hours following up with them. There is still no update from them yet. I am losing a client, my time, mental health and a hard earned reputation.
I think they have lost my package and aren't admitting it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
