My no. Is ********** and activated the international roaming pack on **th june for one week for UAE worth **** plus taxes ,my issue is my phone worked for only first * days after that it didn't connected to the network, i tried a lot and approached customer care also but there was no response from them and now they have charged full amount of the pack which is totally wrong as why would i pay as i was not able to avail the services there and i am ready to pay for the first * days.its a postpaid connection and i am using it from ** long years.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
