Touch Lcd House - Package not delivered

I Ashutosh from Patna. I've ordered Panasonic P** max folder I on **.**.** and I've paid **** rs through paytm wallet on same date **.**.**. Till **.**.**** there is no authentic reply by the company side. Only a single and repeated reply by company that ur order will be delivered once payment will be confirmed. I've been irritated by this same reply and there is no customer care and no authentic reply by system. Please lodge an FIR on this company touchlcdhouse and if possible the guys of Delhi must go to the shop and arrest them by police. Thanks....
