It says that my package (AwB no: **********) got delivered on **th February **** but I haven’t received it. I did not get any call from the delivery agent. I searched all the nearby places if they delivered it on the wrong address but can’t find it anywhere. I have already paid for the item.
I’m not able to call back because it was an internet generated call.
Very poor customer care
