Flipkart - Package not delivered

I ordered a phone for my client's daughter birthday which supposed to get delivered on **th Nov,**** but that is not yet delivered and flipkart people are not able to give the exact status yet, i am struggling to get the status since morning, talked to multiple people from their service team but no one is able to resolve the concern.
