I have ordered an item from myntra i am a banker and i had ordered it on my bank’s address neither delivery person contacted me nor he sent otp for receiving and the product is showing delivered. I was on leave of deepawali since then i reached today and contacted myntra they informed me that they cant helo me as there is a duration of reporting since i reached the place today itself how could i complain before that
