I ordered * apparel’s in the same order number ****** on **th September **** from kwabey.com and paid rs *** through google pay UPI (UPI ref no ************).after a day company message me that they dispatched my product through delhivery.com(tracking AWB no *************).After a week or so when I didn’t received the products I mailed delivery.com that I need urgent delivery and they said they will arrange delivery within *days but days gone passed but I never received my delivery and now I see that product got back to company without a single delivery attempt made to me.now I feel cheated by kwabey.com and I called them at their number I.e ********** but they never picked up call.I also mailed them at their mail address I.e care@kwabey.com but they never responded to my mail also.now I feel cheated and I need my hard earned money back from this kwabey.please help me.thank you.
