Nurserylive Pune - Package not delivered

I ordered * plants from Nurserylive, Pune with order no : NLV**********, Money plant Golden & Marble Prince on **st June. After waiting for *month approx without delivery i've mailed repeatedly, but no reply.
Then i came across their facebook page where i saw ***s of customers have posted that they haven't got their order delivered & it's a scam. Most of them have written abt complaint in various consumer courts & police stations. Pls ensure to get my order delivered or money refunded. I am feeling very much mentally harassed and scared of online purchase after this incident.
