Paytm Mall - Package not delivered

Booked the Faber Utopia *** crs br gas stove and was supposed to deliver on ** Feb ****. The tracking details provided was improper and didn't get the delivery till day. When tried to call the paytm call centre the automated response informs the product will be delivered soon and auto disconnected . Not able to raise any complaint via app as well. When tried Google the seller and contacted the seller, seller informs product is lost. Today after tweet, they haven't yet provided any solution. Called their **×* call centre several times but with automated msg disconnects causing lot of mental trauma.
