Pethachi filed complaint against Yepme.com on May 19, 2018
My order no - ******** dt **th November **** for Rs.***/-. I have paid the money through Mobikwik wallet, I have never received the goods. I have registered complaint in their contact us form twice and the complaint no's are - ******* dt.**/**/**** & ******* dt.**/**/****. There has been no response for my complaint. I again contacted them through their customer care phone no, for that they said they never received my payment and asked me to send payment details to their email id - refund@yepme.com. I sent the payment details as attachment to them, then also no reply from them. Its been * months from the date of my order, I have been running around them but absolutely no response. I kindly request you to refund the money with immediate effect. Payment details enclosed!
