Yepme.com - payment processed but order not confirmed

I have paid ***, two times for the same shoes because in first case the order was not confirmed and second time also it happened the same thing.
Since then, I was continuously following up with yepme on website and also on facebook and every time they said to wait for ** or ** days then again it happened the same thing. I had been following the same till the next * to * months since the time I have ordered.
I became iratted at times after continuous followup and then finally gave up. I have also commplainedon consumer complaints forum but no issue till date.
