i bought mi tv on **-**-**** from mi site and its mentioned as item will be deliver by *-* days. unfortunately, tv is not deliver till today. i am not sure how is responsible. as mi company got the amount from me, I feel mi company should take the responsibility. i was waiting since **-**-**** and irritated with both mi and dehlivery service.
on **-**-**, the package reached kothanur site which is approximately **km away from my home.
iI haven't received my package yet. but i got message saying package will deliver on **-**-** and again **-**-**, its failed to deliver as mentioned. no one from delhivery team tried to reach me either. when I call to delivery service guys, they mentioned as they forgot to deliver the package and will delivery next day morning by ** AM (i.e., on **-**-** and **-**-**). when I call on **-**-** and **-**-**, they said like they are not responsible and someone else will deliver and at the same time they are not giving proper answer and disconnecting the call. i was tried **- ** times to know above details
at the same time, i called to mi customer care support team and log compliant on above issue on **-**-**. they said that, mi support team will call back within ** hr. till now, no one from mi support team call me. this is ridiculous
when I ask why the delay, they say some operational challenge, when I asked what is that, they say that is confidential. they committed to deliver the product before **-**-** evening but again they failed. I had to undergo the same pain in reaching them (** continuous call, **+ minutes waiting) daily
i am not sure what is happening... need help badly...
resolution demanded: an apology letter from both mi and delhivery company official, get refund or credit for your purchase
