I made two orders on https://www.snackible.com/account and paid Rs.****/- (Rs.*** for each order) for both orders on *th November **** through google pay.
Order IDs: ***** and *****. The payment was requested by Razorpay@mairtel.
Till today (**th November, ****) I have not received any information about the consignment.
I tried to contact the customer care number ********** but it is getting disconnected.
I have written couple of mails to the emails to "munch@snackible.com" (mail is undeliverable to this email id) and "customercare@snackible.com" as given in their website. But could not get any reply.
Is it a fraud company?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
