Snackible - package not delivered

I have tried placing an order with them on the **th of July. That time only my money got debited from the bank, but no confirmation message received from Snackible. later I called them and got my order confirmed. The real issue started here as I haven't received my package yet and the company has stopped answering phone calls, messages, emails, Instagram messages everything. They confirmed and shipped my order on **th July, which is * days delay. and now its already *th Aug. Even the delivery partner Delhivery is not prompt in their service. Every day I'm trying to call them to ask about the order, but I only get messages like "we will deliver your order by today" for the past * days. The company isn't even trying to refund the money they took. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
