I placed an order of Mi Selfie Stick Tripod Black from Mi site on ** May ****. The Courier partner to deliver the product was Ekart.My product reached Chandigarh on Saturday i.e ** May morning but till now it's not delivered.
I got the confirmation message of out of delivery of my product from Ekart Logistic around *:** pm on ** May ****, mentioned the mobile number of a delivery boy (********** ). I tried this number around *-** times but no one is picking the call. I have escalated the same issue to Mi Customer Care through e-mail and telephone .but no one is bothering to take the matter seriously and resolve it. Whenever I call them to simply say wait for one more day.
