I have ordered White Sneakers (Roadster Shoes) in myntra but due to size issues I raised an exchange request but while delivering the product agent said that we cannot take the product because its used I said if it is used product then you can know easily by seeing its edges then he said we cannot take then I said you can take pictures of it and send it to your agency then they will let u know whether it is used or not easily then he took the parcel and didn't even exchange at least he didn't give me any receipt related to that.because its a white shoe obviously while trying it might get dust on it that doesn't mean that we used that product. By seeing the product we can easily say that whether it is used or not. When I called customer care about this they even responded in the right way with the customer, Now I don't have the receipt nor shoes with me. Please help.
